Originally standing quietly beside the girl, the enormous beast resembled a giant pet dog. Upon receiving the command, it suddenly lunged forward, opening its blood-red jaws and spinning like a death trap lined with spikes.
Hill lifted his massive scissors, their reflective blades gleaming sharply as they sliced a long gash across the left chest of the bio-weapon. The creature instantly lost its balance, collapsing to the ground and sliding a considerable distance due to its immense momentum.
Hill faced the girl, taking deliberate steps toward her. But a massive shadow loomed behind her once more, the bio-weapon’s grotesque face turning fiercely toward Hill.
